Let them cool all the way before cutting. It'll probably take some time, so prep them before if you can. Then, use a hot knife and wipe the knife clean after each slice. The knife trick is shown here: [link]
I actually searched it up online last night (impatient, hehe), but yeah, I got it now(:
Do you pop your lemon [squares, bars] out of the pan before cutting them?
I do not. Maybe I would it it were a small plan, but I always cut them in pan, then remove them.
